SICT Officially Listing on the SET effective October 27, 2026

From Thai Engineers’ Research to the Global Stage: SICT Officially Moves to the SET Boosting Investor Confidence and Moving Toward the 1 Billion Baht Revenue Target by 2028

Silicon Craft Technology Public Company Limited (SICT), a Thai designer and distributor of smart microchips, was founded in 2002 from research by Thai engineers and listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in 2020. The company has met the qualification criteria of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and will transfer to trading on the SET in the Technology (TECH) sector, effective October 27, 2026.

This move to the SET is another important milestone, planned by the Board of Directors and management under the leadership of Dr. Bodin Kasemset, Chief Executive Officer. It reflects the company’s commitment to continuously developing its business and strengthening its organizational capabilities, with the aim of becoming a Thai technology company that builds confidence among all groups of investors equally, including shareholders, institutional investors, retail investors, and funds both in Thailand and abroad. The move will also improve liquidity and flexibility in share trading, and prepare the company to support stable growth in the future.

Since listing on the mai, the company’s revenue has more than doubled, from 338 million baht in 2020 to 690 million baht in 2025, with approximately 99% of revenue coming from overseas markets. SICT now has more than 35 products and a total of 31 patents, covering both registered patents and pending applications. Since 2020, SICT has delivered more than 1 billion microchips. It has maintained a gross profit margin above 40% every year, invests about 18% of revenue in research and development, and has a strong financial position, with a debt-to-equity ratio of only 0.2 times.

2026 is another challenging year for the global semiconductor industry. Rising worldwide investment in artificial intelligence (AI) and data centers has led manufacturers to allocate more production capacity to advanced chips, which has raised raw material costs and tightened supply. In addition, energy pressures arising from geopolitical conflicts affect the company both directly and indirectly.

Nevertheless, SICT remains focused on the markets where it has expertise: Animal ID, immobilizer systems for electronic car keys, Industrial IoT, and NFC. At the same time, it is strengthening its technology and innovation capabilities to create new products and services that meet customer needs in the era of AI and Physical AI, while upskilling its employees, who are central to driving the company’s growth, and managing risks across all areas. These efforts support the goal of reaching 1 billion baht in revenue by 2028. The company also aims to build a strong network of partners through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as joint ventures, in order to create sustainable value for shareholders and all stakeholders.

Dr. Bodin Kasemset, Chief Executive Officer, said: “Moving to the SET reflects the strength of a Thai company that has grown from research, to the point where our microchips are now in our customers’ products around the world. The next step for SICT is our Roadmap to 1 billion baht, under the Shift-by-Chip concept, which brings semiconductor technology to drive the megatrends in energy, health, food, space, and Physical AI.”

SICT would like to thank its shareholders, investors, partners, directors, executives, all employees, and all stakeholders for being part of the company’s journey and of this important step forward.
