- On July 30, 2020, Silicon Craft Technology PLC began trading its shares on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) of the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker “SICT.” This marked the company’s IPO, raising funds for microchip business development, technological advancements, and future joint ventures.
- The Company issued 100,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 25% of all issued and fully paid ordinary shares.
Transitioned from a company limited to a public company limited on the Thai Stock Exchange.
- Entered into an MOU with a leading RFID device manufacturer in Germany for joint collaboration on developing a new immobilizer model.
- Signed an MOU with an immobilizer manufacturer in Spain for collaboration on developing a cloud system for the company.
Entered into an MOU with one of the world’s leading electric appliance manufacturers in South Korea to collaborate on the R&D of microchip products for sensor systems.
- Expanded to serve customers in over 20 countries with 70 dedicated employees.
- Accredited with ISO9001: 2008 for Quality Management System Standards on the design, research & development, and distribution of ICs and RFID devices by Bureau Veritas (UK Branch).
- Received the Thailand Embedded Product Award (TEPA) for outstanding products, including Ear Tag and Inlay.
- Honorable mention for 13.56 MHz Multi Standard RFID Reader IC at the Telecom Innovation Award 2009 by the Telecommunications Research and Industrial Development Institute (TRIDI).
Successfully developed an IC for immobilizers, launching the product within the same year.
- Granted investment promotion by the Office of the Board of Investment for IC design and RFID device design, including continuous product design activities.
- Awarded the Asia Pacific Business Development Strategy Leadership Award on RFID Animal Tagging Market by Frost & Sullivan.
- Successfully designed and developed the Interrogator in collaboration with a South Korean partner.
- Expanded the testing and production teams to meet increasing demand
Became the first company in Thailand and Southeast Asia to successfully develop an IC for RFID Animal Identification, launching the product the same year.
Began developing ICs for RFID Animal Identification with support from the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC).
