RA12
Multi-Protocol HF Reader IC with low power card detection mode
DOWNLOAD FACTSHEETRA12 is a single-chip reader designed for RFID communication at 13.56 MHz. The chip support ISO/IEC 14443A/B, and ISO/IEC 15693 with a 64-byte send and receive FIFO-buffer. Key features include Low Power Card Detection mode and External RF Field Detection mode. The RA12 reader offers hi-speed SPI communication up to 10 Mbps, on-chip 3.3 V regulators to stabilize power supply for both the chip and external companions, and a low power consumption mode to optimize energy usage.
