The RA12 Development Kit simplifies the process of exploring and prototyping with Silicon Craft’s RA12 RFID reader IC. Supporting global 13.56 MHz standards (ISO/IEC 14443 A/B and ISO/IEC 15693), the kit includes an RA12 board, antenna, and MCU module—providing a convenient and efficient platform to accelerate design and testing.

Through USB serial communication, users can access a command-line interface to demonstrate both basic and advanced operations. Developers can quickly evaluate and understand key features such as simple tag detection, register read/write operations, execution of ISO/IEC 14443 A/B and ISO/IEC 15693 protocols, and the RA12’s low-power card-detection mode.Finally, developers can jump-start their projects by customizing the development kit’s source code to meet specific application requirements.
