Responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability from design through mass production by leading qualification, risk assessment, and failure analysis activities. Collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and manage QC and RMA processes.

What You’ll Do

IT Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with company goals for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Advise leadership on technology trends and opportunities, including cloud, automation, and data analytics.
  • Ensure IT operations are reliable, cost-effective, and able to scale with business demands.

Enterprise Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Oversee the administration and integration of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, document management, engineering tools).
  • Support process and data flows across core business systems—including those supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) data integration.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and enable data-driven decision-making.

Security & Compliance

  • Lead IT security programs, including identity management, access controls, network security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor cybersecurity posture and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical systems and data.

Infrastructure & Support

  • Ensure performance and reliability of networks, cloud services, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage service providers and technology vendors to meet SLAs and support evolving business needs.
  • Oversee internal IT support and helpdesk to provide responsive service to all employees.

Team & Vendor Management

    • Lead, mentor, and grow the IT team (in-house or outsourced).
    • Manage IT budgets, contracts, and procurement.
    • Evaluate and manage key technology partners and vendors.

 

Who You Are

  • Knowledge and working experiences in both IT Infrastructure and Application development, including security best practices.
  • Understand IT risk management, compliance and process and ability to develop or improve IT policy to meet business needs and compliance.
  • Understand IT security and hardening security processes and ability to develop and enhance security policy.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
  • Ability to multi-task, well organized with good time management and ability to work under pressure, positive thinking and team player working.
  • Good command in English language.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with following technologies: Windows server, NAS technology, Linux, MSSQL, Network, WAN, LAN, VLAN, Antivirus, Firewall, Router, HA, VPN, AD, NPS, NTP, Web server, File sharing, Backup/Restore, DRP, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, MDM.
