Play a crucial role in the research, design, and development of our next-generation products. Your responsibilities will include leading the architecture design of analog/mixed-signal ICs and electronic systems, designing RFID analog front-end, crafting analog peripheral circuits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects in line with business targets and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the architecture design of analog/mixed-signal ICs and electronic systems.
- Perform circuit and system design, simulation, and layout verification.
- Create technical documentation, including product functional specifications, design summaries, design reviews, and technology study conclusions.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to engineer analog/mixed-signal systems and subsystems from concept to tape-out.
- Support the creation of ASIC characterization plans and perform silicon validation on ASIC testers or in the lab.
- Provide expertise in IC product failure analysis, yield improvement, and technical consultancy for customer support.
- Contribute to the research on state-of-the-art techniques or methodologies.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design or a similar discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in Analog IC design, particularly in the areas of RFID, sensor interface, wireless/wired communication, security, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CMOS analog circuit design concepts, circuit and system modeling, and the IC development process.
- Deep understanding of the analog/mixed-signal design flow, including architecture, schematic, verification, layout floorplan, implementation, and characterization.
- Skills in EDA tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation (SPICE), and layout design and verification.
- Ability to debug systems through oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
- Ability to contribute to technical documentation.
- Ability to work within time/resource constraints.
- Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning.
- Logical and systematic thinking.
- Proven expertise in security chips is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English, or TOEIC score 500+.
