Responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability from design through mass production by leading qualification, risk assessment, and failure analysis activities. Collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and manage QC and RMA processes.
What You’ll Do
- Define product qualification strategies and generate reliability qualification reports for all new product and package developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead quality-related activities, ensuring all products meet quality targets and comply with industry certifications and market requirements.
- Work closely with product designers to ensure new product introductions align with both front-end and back-end development checklists, including comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation plans. (FE-BE interaction)
- Develop and maintain Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively identify and address potential design risks.
- Engage directly with designers and design architects to ensure products meet specifications, customer requirements, and are manufacturable.
- Establish and manage product quality control procedures, including monitoring systems to prevent non-conforming products from reaching customers. Manage QC plan, QC system and RMA process. This includes oversight of circuit design, simulation, layout, and testing processes.
- Monitor and drive product yield improvements, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage supplier complaint handling, working with internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. This includes production lot on hold disposition.
- Lead customer complaint resolution, conducting product failure analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support quality system.
- Managing quality control (QC) processes, specifications, standard procedures, and workflows
- Managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes
- Driving product yield improvements
- Handling customer and supplier complaints
- Monitoring and improving supplier quality performance

Who You Are
- Bachelor or Master ’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Science or related field.
- Possess 4–6 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on:
- IC packaging reliability and failure analysis
- IC product design
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated expertise in ensuring product quality and reliability across the full product lifecycle, from design to mass production.
- English language skills (written and verbal communication) or 600 TOEIC score.
- Microsoft Office skills
- 8D tool and Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.
- Good ability to work within a multi-cultural environment (Thai and International).
- Good mindset and work as a Team. Must be a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
