What You’ll Do

• Lead, initiate, plan, develop and conduct technically complex research projects
• Explore, design, develop and validate innovative analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits and systems to achieve the state-of-the art performance
• Initiate, conduct and participate in the development of international patents
• Identify and conduct research funding activities
• Participate in strategic research planning, technology, and research road mappings.
• Participate in technical reviews, including specification requirement review, architecture design review, and critical design review

Who You Are

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a relevant science or engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog, mixed-signal and RF IC design and silicon prototyping
• Great track record of executing research projects to successful completion
• Strong research capabilities and disciplines
• Passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, and team player
• Great command of English language

What You’ll Do

• Design analog/mixed-signal building blocks (OpAmp, Bias circuit) and sub-system (Oscillator, EEPROM) of ICs especially in CMOS processes.
• Perform circuit and system design, simulation, and layout verification.
• Create technical document, for instance, design summary, design review presentation, and technology study conclusion.
• Create characterization plans of the responsible block or sub-system.
• Perform silicon validation on ASIC tester or in lab.
• Interact directly with other designers/chip architect to ensure the compatibility of his/her work with the overall system.
• Review of designs done by peers.
• Other assignments on technology study in topics related to electronic circuit and system and information technology.

Who You Are

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Analog, Mixed signal IC Design/ VLSI
• 3 years of experience in Analog IC design in the area of RFID, sensor interface, wireless/wireline communication, power management, RFIC, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CMOS analog circuit design concepts, circuit & system modelling, and IC development process.
• Knowledge of signal processing, understanding of devices and process technology.
• Capability to justify the specifications of the block and the required time/resource for design.
• Capability on analog block design, layout floorplan, and characterization.
• Capability to design and analysis within Time / Resource constrain.
• Proficiency in the use of EDA tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation (SPICE) and layout design and verification.
• Innovative mindset to develop efficient and smart solutions.
• Excellent & Presentable command of English language or TOEIC score 500.
• Knowledge of digital IC design, IC testing/calibration, and manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of the related product application, measurement technique, and project management.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for project management. Able to manage and track multiple projects up until medium complexity. Ensure that projects are executed following the objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project schedule, WBS, project planning, project tracking and related document.
• Perform and ensure that communication and information will reach to stakeholder, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
• Ensure projects will be managed to meet targeted schedule, targeted budget, and target quality.
• Other assignments, including internal project.

Who You Are

• Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field
• Professional Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in Project Management with project planning skill, Monitoring and follow up project.
• Analytical skill, Logical thinking, Problem Solving
• Time management: spinning multiple task
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and adaptive personality.
• MS office, MS Project skill
• Knowledge and experience in ERP or ERP database is preferable
• Experience in TS16949 is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for customer quality complaint (CCAR), customer interfacing, product failure analysis, coordinate with cross function team to define root cause, corrective action, preventive action and 8D report.
• Responsible for supplier quality complaint (SCAR), drive for improvement and prevent recurrence.
• Defining product quality control procedure both incoming and outgoing, monitoring and control to ensure there is no NG escape to customer for daily QC plan.
• Product yield monitoring (wafer test, assembly, and test) and improvement.)
• Monitoring and driving supplier quality performance improvement to meet quality target, yield and cost.
• Cost saving projects.
• Support quality system.
• Other assignments.

Who You Are

• Bachelor or Master ’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in IC design products and Semiconductors manufacturing experience.
• English language skills (written and verbal communication) or 600 TOEIC score.
• Microsoft Office skills
• 8D tool and Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.
• Good ability to work within a multi-cultural environment. (Thai and International)
• Good mindset and work as a Team. Must be a strong team player.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical information of Silicon Craft Product to potential customers appropriately by writing, verbal or VDO conference with supervisor or sale team.
• Present highlight features compare to competitors in the market accurately.
• Provide technical support for customer inquiry on any channel.
• Compose technical documentation or presentation under supervision.
• Categorize customer inquiry and escalate it based on supervisor instruction.
• Able to execute a few assignments concurrently.
• Closely Communicate with Sale team and design engineers to smooth the sale process in technical term.
• Communicate with other team members or team leader in the same department properly.
• Share feedback from customers to feedback product design in next iteration.
• Able to learn new knowledge with guidelines from supervisor.
• Able to execute continuous improvement in the team (Kaizen) based on instruction.

Who You Are

• Knowledge in electronics circuit and software development in any language is a must.
• Enthusiasm in semiconductor industrial, IT industrial or software development
• Good command of English language or TOEIC score 650
• Be a Lifelong learner with a business mindset.
• Good analytic skill with logical thinking
• New graduates are welcomed.
• Good in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point or similar software.
• Able to travel to oversea.
• Knowledge in Semiconductor device or electronics product manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge in Electronics circuit design and PCB design is a plus.
• Knowledge in Firmware development in C language and firmware debugging using oscilloscope with mainstream MCU e.g. ARM, PIC, AVR, 8051 etc is a plus
• Knowledge in PC software development in C# is a plus.
• Knowledge in Mobile application development is a plus.
• Knowledge in Cloud application development is a plus.
