Job Responsibilities:

  • Design analog/mixed-signal ICs especially in CMOS processes.
  • Perform circuit design, simulation, layout verification.
  • Create verification and application documentation.
  • Create ASIC characterization plans
  • Perform silicon validation on ASIC tester or in lab.
  • Interact directly with other designers/ design architect to ensure the compatibility of his/her work with the overall system.
  • Review of designs done by peers.

Desired Work Experience:

  • Knowledge of CMOS analog circuit design concepts (expertise in design of one block is needed).
  • Knowledge of IC development process.
  • Knowledge of digital IC design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of signal processing, understanding of devices and process technology to be able to do complex circuit design.
  • Capability to justify the specifications of the block.
  • Capability to design Analog block (eg. ADC, DAC, PLL, RF circuit), layout foreplaning and characterization.
  • Capability to design and analysis with in Time / Resource constrain

Job Summary:

Develop, verify, and qualify an embedded electronic system. Work on cross-functional engineering team, production team, and customer, to deliver the proof-of-concept prototypes and product as requirement and commitment in part of hardware, firmware, and software.

Duties:

  • Develop circuit and system consisting of hardware, firmware, and software
  • Design, verify, and qualify the proof-of-concept prototypes, development kits, and test equipments

Job Summary:

Handle products reliability evaluation, Internal and External program set-up and failure analysis

Duties Reliability:

  • Coordinate and handle the reliability testing and failure analysis of integrated circuits, and electronic products, analyzing test data and generating reports in support of the reliability requirements of the company.

  • Coordinate electrical testing and programming with engineering & production.

Job Summary:

Handling sourcing and purchasing of electronic components for the right specification from requestor and cost effectiveness. Ensure that all ordering processed are conformed to procurement procedures. Be the main technical interface with supplier for the sourcing of electronic components, direct materials, equipment part of new product introduction support and product transfer activities for the strategic procurement department especially ERP functions for procurement system.

Responsibility:

Job Description:

The full-time person responsible in this position is to lead sales team and to develop overall sales activities in APAC. The main responsibilities are to build and maintain relationship with key partners/customers in the areas by creating new business opportunities and promote products to the market. The job requires the person to manage projects and customer new acquired accounts, by working with business unit managers, engineering team and marketing team with multiple functions internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales market of corporate’s RFID/NFC/IOT products for the China market.
  • Work together with China media and Chinese speaking countries to sell and engage with end user and small enterprises and provide accurate RFID solutions which could be involved.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships in both pre- and post sales phases.
  • Provide, present, interpret design, application, and service information in a variety of situations, including complex requirements and negotiations
  • Analyze the current market price for RFID products and setup the competitive pricing on SIC products with the profitable corporate’s product margin

Job Summary:

To Support the Product Development Department with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Supervise personnel in Strategic Procurement Department, exploring the new product & process technology, qualify new product & process of the new/existing suppliers to suit company’s technology, quality and cost effectiveness and manage the procurement of production and non-production materials, equipment and services of the right quality according to schedules or purchase requisitions on cost effectiveness basis. Risk management by qualify 2nd and 3rd source for smooth supply of the company. Tighten relationship with strategic suppliers and secure contract with all main suppliers. Create and conduct the bidding process if needed. Ensure the department and corporate procurement goals are achieved and the procurement activities are in line with the company business conduct.

Duties:

  • Liaise with Business Units, Production Engineering and suppliers to facilitate the
    smooth transition of NPI projects, identify and resolve manufacturing and documentation issues, identify and validate new suppliers who will robust enough to meet the challenges of the business.
  • Support the Product Development department with cost down initiatives, analyses spend profile to identify cost down opportunities and implement to the suppliers. Find solution to the constant cost up pressure from the supply chain and work closely with the suppliers to negate these increases.
  • Provide technical manufacturing support to the supply chain; find real time solutions to manufacturing, quality, lead-time problems and commercial constraints.
  • Manage Procurement section to make sure the department goals are achieved, and the corporate procurement direction is followed
  • Develop procurement strategy and risk management from industrial trend analysis
  • Supplier optimization by choosing an optimum mix of vendors who can provide the best prices and terms
  • Strategic relationship management with suppliers and secure supply contract management with all main suppliers

Experience Summary:

  • Would have served an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship and spent at least 5 years in the manufacturing environment, preferably in a semiconductor industry.
  • Need to have knowledge of engineering manufacturing processes including semiconductors, wafer level process; an understanding of electronic and electrical assemblies would be a distinct advantage.
  • Have a sound understanding of DFM and DFA and can read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Good command skills to be able to influence the design team to achieve component and assemblies with best value and lead-time.
  • Have experience in direct negotiation and can conduct meeting and presentation on supplier sites.
