SIC7888
LF FDX-A/FDX-B Transponder IC with Integrated 230 pF Resonant Capacitor
DOWNLOAD DATASHEET
SIC7888 is a low-frequency, full-duplex (FDX) RFID transponder IC intentionally designed to maximize read range. It operates within a frequency range of 100–150 kHz and features 1184 bits of user memory, allowing additional data storage for custom user applications.
The chip includes a 32-bit Unique Identification (UID) number for anti-collision purposes and can be configured to support the most widely used low-frequency RFID standards. It is fully compatible with ISO 11784/11785 FDX-B.
Highlight Features
- High Performance Read Range by SIC’s proprietary intellectual properties (IPs)
- Extremely Low Power Consumption in Read Mode
- Two Level of Password Authorization (Read and Read/Write)
- Reader-Talk-First Mode Configurable
- On-chip Tunable Resonant Capacitor ±5% of Resonance Capacitor
