SIC479 is a fully integrated RFID transponder IC utilizing half-duplex (HDX) transmission with 192 bits of user memory, fully compliant with the ISO 11784/11785 HDX animal identification protocol and data structure.
Designed with Silicon Craft’s proprietary techniques to deliver superior animal ID reading performance, the device integrates on-chip resonant and programmable tunable capacitors, enabling immediate operation upon power-up.
