236-Byte NFC Type 2 Tag IC with built-in ADC and potentiostat sensor interface for electrochemical measurement
SIC4341 is a 236-byte NFC tag IC with potentiostat analog front-end and built-in ADC. The SIC4341 consists of an RF Analog-Front-End circuit supporting ISO14443A, a selectable 6-to-16-bit resolution sigma-delta ADC, an on-chip regulator, two 8-bit DACs, a potentiostat analog frontend circuit, a transimpedance amplifier, a voltage reference, a control register page and an EEPROM. SIC4341 is designed to perform voltametric techniques across 2/3-electrode chemical sensor and measure reaction current that generate by electrochemical cells.
