Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Lead QMS strategy, certification, audits, and compliance (ISO, sustainability, RoHS/REACH). Drive CAPA, change control, and continuous improvement across the organization and suppliers.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead QMS strategy and roadmap to achieve and sustain certification to ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 and/or other standards supporting SIC strategy.
• Define, govern, and continuously improve quality system processes, standards, and documentation framework across SIC organizations.
• Act as primary interface for customer, certification, and supplier audits and assessments.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and improvement programs, report quality performance to top management.
• Lead QMS certification audits, customer audits and supplier audits to ensure quality compliance and fulfill all requirements.
• Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) effectiveness across organization and suppliers.
• Oversee document control and change management systems (ECN/PCN/CIN), ensuring full traceability and compliance.
• Govern internal and external change management impacting products, processes, customers, and suppliers.
• Own SIC sustainability, RoHS, and REACH compliance programs for all products.
• Lead supplier engagement for sustainability and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement mindset and quality awareness across cross‑functional teams.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• 7–10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, IC design products, or semiconductor manufacturing
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), TOEIC 500 preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, and audit methodologies
• Advanced problem-solving skills using 8D, root cause analysis, and risk-based thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and influencing skills
• Quality-driven mindset with strong ownership and teamwork attitude
