Support sales and customer service operations by coordinating with internal teams and customers on orders, deliveries, and basic inquiries.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and monitor customer service activities under supervisor guidance.
- Support coordination with sales team and customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, samples, and claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales) to help track delivery schedules and update customers on product delivery status.
- Receive customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and forward them to the appropriate team for further action.
- Assist in basic sales support activities such as tracking orders and supporting payment follow-ups.
- Support preparation of sales activity reports as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain and organize business documents and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting, or related fields
- At least 5 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related functions
- Good command in English language in writing, reading, listening and speaking or TOEIC score at least 600
- Chinese language skill would be advantage
- Basic knowledge of document filing systems
- Good coordination skills and ability to work in a team
- Service-minded, patient, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to support others
