Lead global marketing to drive growth and expand market presence in RFID/Semiconductor.
What You’ll Do
Global Marketing Strategy & Expansion
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and target customer segments worldwide.
- Support regional market expansion initiatives in Asia, Europe, and USA.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to generate leads and expand customer pipeline.
- Build strategic marketing plans for new products and technologies.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Branding & Corporate Communication
- Strengthen corporate brand awareness and positioning globally.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
- Manage corporate communication materials including company profile, website digital presence, social media, marketing campaigns, and PR.
- Develop branding strategies to enhance company image among customers, investors, and industry partners.
- Support public relations and media communication activities.
Product Marketing
- Support product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.
- Translate complex technical information into customer-friendly marketing messages.
- Create product collateral including product presentations, datasheets, brochures, website content, demo kits and product launch materials.
- Coordinate product launch campaigns with Engineering, Product-Line, and Sales teams.
- Support customer engagement during exhibitions, technical seminars, and business meetings.
Digital Marketing, Content Management and Lead Generation
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and online presence.
- Oversee company website optimization, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop commercial marketing content for global audiences.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Improve digital engagement and lead generation effectiveness.
- Generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using marketing analytics tools.
Trade Shows & Industry Events
- Plan and coordinate participation in international semiconductor exhibitions and conferences.
- Manage booth concept, marketing materials, and event communication.
- Represent the company in industry association events and marketing activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support product launches and align go-to-market strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and translate into product/marketing improvements.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners for campaign execution.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support management in shaping marketing strategy frameworks.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and special assignments as required.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of total experience, including prior experience working as a Marketing Manager. Engineering and/or technical background is strongly recommended. Proven track record in global marketing, corporate branding and product marketing.
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 800+ preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, offline marketing & exhibitions.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
