SIC379 is a fully integrated HDX RFID transponder IC with 192-bit user memory, compliant with ISO 11784/11785 identification protocol and data structure.It supports read/write functionality for advanced applications and seamless integration with database-enabled readers/writers. A factory-programmed UID ensures unique, anti-cloning identification. Integrated resonant and programmable tunable capacitors enable immediate operation upon power-up.
