RA12 is a single-chip reader designed for RFID communication at 13.56MHz. The chip support ISO14443A, ISO14443B, and ISO15693 with a 64-byte send and receive FIFO-buffer. Key features include Low Power Card Detection mode and External RF Field Detection mode. The RA12 reader offers hi-speed SPI communication up to 10Mbps, on-chip 3.3V regulators to stabilize power supply for both the chip and external companions, and a low power consumption mode to optimize energy usage.
