The SIC614A is a low-frequency (125 kHz) full-duplex (FDX) security transponder designed for automotive immobilizer applications. It supports secure contactless communication with mutual authentication between the transponder and the base station, utilizing a 128-bit AES-based cryptographic algorithm.
The device also provides extended user memory to enable additional application support beyond immobilization.
