All the items will be shipped from Thailand after finishing order process. SIC offer delivery service for all countries and territories through DHL, you can choose service levels as standard or express and additional services based on your requirement. Rates vary based on the order weight, shipping destination, shipping method, and additional services.
Note: Your country’s custom policies, laws, and regulations could add additional shipping rates.
SIC want you to be satisfied with your new purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund, but it’s not all the products that you will get refunds.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). The way your refund is processed depends on your need.
- Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 business days of receipt of the returned package.
- For Counter Service and ATM Bank Transfer orders, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the bank account holder name is the same as the billing contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to 7 business days for SIC to post the refund to your bank after we receive this information.
