What You’ll Do
- Shape Our Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that enhances our relationships with investors and analysts.
- Master the 56-1 One Report and Thai SET Report: Prepare and manage these critical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive ESG Programs: Lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, communicating our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
- Communicate Financial Insights: Prepare and present financial information to investors, analysts, and company executives, and develop engaging investor relations materials.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure our compliance with all relevant disclosure requirements.
- Analyze Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, addressing inquiries promptly and building strong relationships.
- Take on Exciting Assignments: Handle additional projects related to investor relations and market activities.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and corporate finance. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with the 56-1 One Report, Thai SET report, and ESG programs is preferable
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferable.
