What You’ll Do

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Pool Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential candidates.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Candidate Profiles & Documents: Ensure all candidate profiles and documents are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Employee Data Management: Oversee the accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in HR systems.
  • Visa & Work Permit Processing: Manage the application and renewal processes for employee visas and work permits.
  • External Recruitment & Campus tour: Working with University, Association and External steak holder to sourcing candidates and talent.
  • Internship: Create internship with university and alumni to build relationship.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in corporate business or company is advantageous or if you have other abilities that can be comparable to the experience in recruitment and hiring.
  • Skills:
    – Growth mindset & can-do attitude.
    – Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent management.
    – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    – Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
    – Knowledge of visa and work permit regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Having experience with BOI and Visa & Work permit under BOI is plus
  • Emotional Resilience with communication skill is plus
