What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Activities: Drive sales revenue of our RFID products and solutions by creating and managing a robust sales funnel for the China, Taiwan, and India markets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Engage directly with large enterprises to establish account strategies based on past requirements and future market trends. Understand customers’ business needs and provide accurate RFID solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage customer relationships in both pre and post-sales phases.
- Brand Building: Enhance brand recognition and complete sales export activities, including providing sales strategy, pricing, and delivery.
- Technical Presentations: Present and interpret design, application, and service information in various situations, including complex requirements and negotiations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor current market trends, analyze market data, and present insights to management for business direction.
- Competitive Pricing: Analyze market prices for RFID products and set competitive pricing with profitable margins.
- Additional Assignments: Take on other tasks as assigned.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in Business Development in international markets, technical sales, or sales channel management for RFID or semiconductor products.
- Special Skills:
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
– Professional attitude, passion for success, and effective teamwork.
– Strong business English skills (TOEIC score >=700) and excellent communication skills in both written and presentation formats. Chinese language skills (HSK 5 or above) are a must.
– Experience in Semiconductor, RFID, NFC, IoT, or high-technology products is a huge plus.
– Self-motivated and able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
– Ability to work well under pressure and constraints.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, MS Word, and internet search.
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
